Cold Molds
Out of the shop came an invention. Doc Russ developed Cold Molds, a line of flexible, siliconized rubber molds for making ice cream novelties and cakes. As his physical therapy practice grew, running and growing the mold company needed more time than he could give it. So on January 1, 2008, he sold Cold Molds to Steve Reppucci of Mad Maggie's Ice Cream, who continues to offer it to ice cream shop owners.
